These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 7666bt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the 7666bt website, mobile browser application, sports betting services, casino games, live dealer tables, payment processing, bonus programmes, and all other features and services made available through the 7666bt platform at https://7666bt.app and any associated subdomains.

By clicking "Register", completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the services of 7666bt, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version for all purposes. Where translations are provided, they are for reference only; the English text governs in any case of conflict.

7666bt operates as an offshore online gambling and sports betting platform. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of the platform complies with the laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in their jurisdiction. By using 7666bt, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

These Terms should be read together with 7666bt's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. The provisions of those documents are incorporated herein by reference.

7666bt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice of any material changes via registered email address or a prominent on-site notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access betting and gaming services on 7666bt, you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address.

The following eligibility requirements must be met before a 7666bt account may be registered or used:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 7666bt enforces a strict 18+ policy without exception.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 7666bt or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where participation would expose you to criminal liability.
• You must not have a pre-existing self-exclusion agreement with 7666bt or a previously closed account resulting from a terms violation.

7666bt reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age ("Know Your Customer" or KYC verification) at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable KYC documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is provided and approved. 7666bt will not process withdrawals from accounts that have not completed identity verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 7666bt will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 7666bt processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform natively supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard as accepted payment methods.

The minimum deposit amount on 7666bt is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit under standard account conditions, though higher deposit volumes may trigger additional verification steps in accordance with our KYC and anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Deposits are typically credited to the 7666bt account within 1–2 minutes of successful mobile wallet confirmation. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are processed within 30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts under standard operating conditions.
• Bank Transfer: Deposits via direct bank transfer may take 1–3 business hours to reflect in your account balance. Withdrawal processing times via bank transfer are 1–24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• Visa / Mastercard: Card deposits are processed instantly through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Card withdrawal availability is subject to issuing bank policies.

All withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equal or greater value, unless otherwise approved by the 7666bt finance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from payment fraud.

7666bt does not charge any platform-level transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (mobile wallet operator or bank) may apply their own standard transaction fees, over which 7666bt has no control.

In the event of a disputed transaction, Players must notify 7666bt support within fourteen (14) calendar days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. 7666bt's determination on disputed transactions is final, subject to the player's right to escalate through formal complaints procedures.

7666bt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets on cricket events, cashback on live casino losses, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events relevant to the Bangladesh market.

Each individual bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. These general Bonus Terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and verified identity, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used within the expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will be removed from the account upon expiry.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or used in any way other than wagering on the 7666bt platform.
• 7666bt reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and met its requirements prior to cancellation will not be disadvantaged.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies, or exploiting promotional errors — will result in the forfeit of all bonuses and potential account closure.

If a player makes a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements attached to an active bonus, 7666bt reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount (and any winnings generated from it) from the withdrawal amount before processing.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 7666bt platform, including sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and any other wagering products offered.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. 7666bt uses real-time odds feeds and reserves the right to suspend, void, or limit markets at any time, including during live in-play events, without prior notice.

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed after an event has started (where in-play betting is not offered) will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, 7666bt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has settled.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, market type, event size, and account history.
• Cricket markets on 7666bt cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers home and away series. All cricket bets are settled according to official tournament or match results as declared by the relevant governing body.

Casino & RNG Games: All casino games offered on 7666bt use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. The outcome of every spin, hand, or game round is entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by the player or by 7666bt.

• Live dealer games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules and procedures of each live game are governed by the individual studio's published game rules, accessible from within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the server-side game state at the time of disconnection. 7666bt is not liable for losses arising from network or device failures on the player's side.
• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all casino games are available on the individual game information pages. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 7666bt platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending withdrawals and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; impersonating another person or entity; submitting forged or altered KYC documents.
• Multi-Account Abuse: Creating or operating more than one registered account on 7666bt, whether in the same name or under different identities, for any purpose including bonus farming, arbitrage, or ban evasion.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome or odds of any game or betting market, including in poker, live casino games, or tournament formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, artificial wagering patterns, or other strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the 7666bt platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7666bt platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. All suspicious financial activity is subject to mandatory reporting.
• Underage Gambling: Registering for or using a 7666bt account if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward 7666bt staff or other players through any channel.

7666bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour.
• Receipt of a confirmed self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• The account remaining completely inactive (no login, no deposit, no bet) for a continuous period of 12 months.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, 7666bt will endeavour to complete its investigation and communicate the outcome within 30 calendar days. During a suspension, the account holder will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or request withdrawals.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any pending bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not in dispute will be returned to the player via their verified payment method after the investigation period, subject to AML compliance checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account for responsible gaming reasons may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in permanent account closure for a minimum period of six months, with the option to extend to 12 months, 5 years, or indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7666bt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of betting stakes, casino wagers, or any other funds placed through the platform in the normal course of gambling activity.
• Losses arising from system downtime, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned technical outages.
• Losses resulting from a player's own failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses caused by a player acting on information obtained from third-party tipping services, social media, or any source other than 7666bt's own published content.
• Any indirect economic losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or reputational damage.

7666bt provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 7666bt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the general principles of applicable commercial law. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration before an independent neutral arbitrator, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
